How do I create my account?

Your Hip Digital Music Store Account allows you to download and enjoy your favorite music. To create an account follow the steps outlined below.
1.
Locate the ‘your account’ section in the left navigation panel and click the ‘create account’. The ‘your account’ section is located directly below the ‘popular genres’ section.
2.
Enter all the required information. Required information is marked with an ‘*’. The ‘age group’ and ‘gender’ fields are not required.
3.
Ensure that your email is valid, and that your password and confirmation of password match.
4.
Click ‘submit’. This will bring you to the ‘account created’ page confirm the creation of your account. If you would like to begin downloading music, proceed to the next step. Otherwise, feel free to continue browsing.
5.
Enter your promotional code by clicking ‘add a promotional code’ on the ‘account created page’. This will bring you to a page that will allow entry of your code.
6.
Enter your code, ensuring it matches the pin code you have been give, exactly.
7.
Click ‘submit’

Start Downloading!
How do I log-in to my account?

You can log-in to your account at any point via one of the following methods:
1.
Click ‘log-in’ in the top navigation panel and enter your username and password.
2.
Enter your username and password
3.
Click Submit.
OR
1.
Click ‘log-in to your account’ in the left hand navigation panel under the ‘your account’ section.

Enter your username and password
3.
Click Submit.
How do I redeem music for a PIN code?

1.
Login to your account.
2.
Enter your PIN code in the PIN box located in the top right hand corner of the Hip Digital Music Store and click Enter.
3.
You will see your song credits appear above the PIN entry box.
4.
Now you are ready to browse from our music library, add songs to your cart and download.
How do I update my account information?

To manage or update your account information at any point, you must first be logged in. To log-in, follow the instructions under ‘How do I log-in to my account’, outlined above. Once logged in, you can manage your account information via one of the following methods.
1.
Click your username in the top navigation panel and enter your username and password.
2.
Decide on the information you want update and click on the appropriate link
3.
Update your information and click ‘submit’.
OR
Click the ‘your account’ link in the left hand navigation panel under the ‘your account’ section.

What if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password during and are trying to log-in to your account, simply click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link. This will take you to a page where you will be required to enter your username.
